Sip Coffee and Beer House

Sip Coffee and Beer House is the first of three locations, and offers the comforts of home with standard Sip service. Created in 2014, this location used to be an old Needlepoint Shop located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The quaint space is cozy, charming and is in walkable distance to just about everything Old Town has to offer.

Sip Coffee and Beer Garage

Sip Coffee and Beer Garage, our second location, claimed its space in Phoenix with a little more edge, but still offers all the charm that we know and love about Sip. Opened in 2015, this location was an old Avis Lube. The vibe is more industrial and open to go with the buildings theme. This location has a drive-thru for quick grab and go orders. Inside, there are stairs in the middle of the room which go down into a hidden cocktail lounge called 36 Below.

Sip Coffee and Beer Airport

Sip Coffee and Beer Airport is our third location and it offers quick, but quality service. Located inside terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor near gate D12. Opened in 2023, this location is part of the growth and expansion happening at the airport. Travelers can enjoy a variety of food and drinks suited for their needs all just before taking flight.
