Our OG Breakfast Burrito is a favorite among Phoenix locals. Imagine perfectly seasoned scrambled eggs, mixed in with potatoes, cheddar jack cheese, and served with a side of salsa. If you're in need of a protein fix, we can throw in some chorizo, sausage, or bacon for a small charge. Or maybe you want to mix it up and add some avocado mash in your burrito - we can do that too! For those wanting to cut down on the carbs, you can leave off the tortilla and opt for a burrito bowl instead.
If you're someone who likes to start their day off with something lighter, our Avocado Toast and Overnight Oats may be just what you are looking for.
The Avocado Toast starts with Noble Levain Sourdough Toast as the base. We then top that with a generous amount of avocado, and from there we add cherry tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, nutrient-rich microgreens, and a flavorful drizzle of basil pesto. For a small additional charge, you can also top it off with bacon or a fried egg for an added dose of protein.
For the Overnight Oats, we take steel cut oats and combine them with almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds. We then top that yummy mixture off with walnuts, dried cranberries, and fresh blueberries. It's truly a quick and healthy meal that's perfect for those looking to grab something on the go!

As far as caffeine goes, we have a solid selection of coffee and tea sips to enjoy. We first want to mention the classics. From lattes and Cappuccinos, to Chai Tea and Matcha, we've got it all. But of course, our baristas also like whipping up some more unique concoctions that only Sip has to offer. A couple of our favorites are the Horchata Cold Brew and the Bananas Foster Latte. Both bold in flavor and perfect for when you want to treat yourself to something a little more sweet!
Now if you're joining us for breakfast on your day off or an evening outing with friends, we've got plenty of cocktails and craft beer to help you let loose. If you want to start with something familiar, try out one of our refreshing Mimosas or Bloody Marys. If you're feeling like trying something new, we highly suggest ordering our Bourbon Chai Me (Chai Latte made with Bourbon and a hint of Lavender) or the Sweet Distraction (Rum mixed with passion fruit, mango, OJ, cream, and lime).
